Sod Installation Crew Member
Job Description
We are looking for energetic and dedicated Sod Installation Crew Members to help us transform lawns across Hamilton. As a key part of our field team, you will be right in the action, turning bare dirt into beautiful green spaces. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing old lawn removal and lawn replacement
- Assisting with grading and soil preparation to ensure a perfect base
- Laying sod for both residential sodding and large-scale commercial sod installation projects
- Executing sod repair and lawn resurfacing for damaged yards
- Working closely with crew leaders to complete jobs on time
- Keeping the work site, trucks, and equipment clean and safe
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor manual labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with basic landscaping tools and equipment
- A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every roll of sod is placed perfectly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop

Job Description
A beautiful lawn needs ongoing love and care. We are seeking a knowledgeable Lawn Care & Maintenance Technician to help our clients maintain their new and existing turf. In this role, you will focus on the health and longevity of the lawns we service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying lawn fertilization treatments to promote healthy growth
- Diagnosing and treating pest issues, with a strong focus on effective grub control
- Performing routine lawn care and maintenance tasks
- Executing lawn repair strategies for patchy or struggling grass
- Educating homeowners and commercial clients on proper watering and mowing habits
- Keeping accurate records of treatments applied to each property
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care, turf management, or a related field
- Knowledge of local grass types, weeds, and common pests (especially grubs)
- Ability to safely handle and apply fertilizers and turf treatments

Job Description
Are you great with people and knowledgeable about landscaping? We need a Landscape Project Estimator to meet with potential clients, assess their properties, and provide them with fair, accurate quotes for our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting residential and commercial properties to evaluate their lawn needs
- Measuring yards and calculating materials needed for sod installation, lawn replacement, and grading
- Pitching our full range of services, including commercial sod installation and ongoing lawn fertilization packages
- Writing up detailed proposals and walking clients through the process
- Following up with leads and maintaining great relationships with past clients
- Working closely with the installation crews to ensure the job matches the quote
Qualifications
- Proven background in sales, estimating, or customer service
- Solid understanding of landscaping, soil preparation, and sodding processes
- Excellent communication and friendly negotiation skills
